Manachapters

Community development is supported by local meetings, led by women grassroots leaders

ManaChapters are local gatherings of grassroots women leaders (Manawomen) dedicated to the service of others within their communities. A ManaChapter is formed by a group of women from one locality, with the purpose of encouragement, learning, networking, and contributing to a specific community development concern that the group has identified in their area. Manawomen gather either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Manasprings cares for the carers, championing women in Kenya who embrace the true meaning of ‘mana’ – simply, how you care for others. By supporting a ManaChapter, you’ll be making a tangible difference in Manasprings local events led by local Manawomen. The ManaChapter is importantly a space where local women leaders can connect with one another.
